i'm counting down the days until the grand opening of birmingham's first Whole Foods Market!
it's been a long time in the making and we are now just 27 days away! yippee! being a foodie, i could spend hours just browsing the aisles. but mainly, i'm just excited about having healthier options for my family! anyone who knows the parris boys, knows that they are bottomless pits! so, i try to fill them up w/ the healthiest things i can.
if you are like me, it's easy to get in a rut when trying to plan menus for the kids and keep things interesting...their website is a great resource for kid recipes.

and maybe trader joes will come next... it's my favorite, and tons cheaper than wfm... but the latter is such an pleasent environment. and usually they have a great beer and wine selection! :)
wouldn't that be nice??? we are a bit slow here in catching on to all that.
